Givenchy Antigona, faux fur jacket

Hey guys, how are you doing ? I hope you all had a very pleasant start of the year ! It's time for the first outfit post of 2014, and it's a perfect timing to introduce a new entry among my bags, one of my Christmas presents: my brand new Givenchy Antigona ! I am totally in love with it and had the chance to wear it with elegant and casual outfits in the last few days, you'll see. To start the year with the right dose of oomph, we have a rock look featuring a blue faux fur jacket.

Ciao a tutti, come state ? Spero che abbiate avuto un piacevole inizio di anno ! E' giunto il momento di pubblicare il primo outfit del 2014, tempismo perfetto per presentarvi una new entry tra le mie borse, uno dei regali di Natale: la mia nuova Givenchy Antigona ! La adoro letteralmente e ho già avuto modo di abbinarla sia a look eleganti che casual nei giorni scorsi, come vedrete. Per iniziare l'anno con la giusta dose di brio, eccovi un look dal sapore rock, con un pellicciotto blu.

I've been looking for colorful faux fur jacket for a while, and I liked this one from So Allure as soon as I saw it, moreover I love the shade of blue !. It's also pretty warm. I matched it with skinny jeans and a Romwe sweater with a sequined open mouth. 

These jumpers with sequin lips are a hot trend, the luxury version is the one from Markus Lupfer, with his Lara Lips jumper, inspired by supermodel Lara Stone's lips. This time I didn't jump on the expensive wagon like I did with Kenzo sweaters and went for the low budget version thanks to Romwe ;). I added a Zara statement necklace.

Era da un po' che cercavo un pellicciotto colorato, e questo di So Allure mi è piaciuto subito, oltretutto adoro questa tonalità di blu ! E' anche molto caldo. L'ho abbinato a jeans skinny e ad un maglioncino Romwe con una grande bocca in paillettes. 

Questi maglioni raffiguranti labbra in paillettes sono di grand moda, la versione "di lusso" è targata Markus Lupfer, con il suo maglione "Lara Lips" ispirato alle labbra della modella Lara Stone. Questa volta non mi sono affrettata a comprare la versione costosa come ho fatto con le felpe Kenzo ma ho preferito la versione low cost grazie a Romwe ;). Ho aggiunto una statement necklace Zara.

Look at it ! This is the third Givenchy bag I own, after the Pandora and the Nightingale. It really is perfect, I have the small size in goat skin. It's incredibly light, soft and roomy. I usually prefer less structured bags and wanted a bag I could wear also with more elegant clothes...well, the Antigona is super versatile, no wonder it's one of the most wanted it bags of the moment. 

Guardatela ! Questa è la terza Givenchy che possiedo, dopo la Pandora e la Nightingale. E' davvero perfetta, io ho la versione small in pelle di capra. E' incredibilmente leggera, morbida e spaziosa. Solitamente preferisco le borse meno strutturate e volevo una borsa adatta ad essere portata anche con look più eleganti...beh, l'Antigona è super versatile, non mi meraviglia che sia diventata una delle IT bags più desiderate.

 

I opted for my Cesare Paciotti suede studded boots for this rock outfit. There are tiny studs also on my hat, this first look of 2014 isn't surely simple or plain, ahahah ! The days after Christmas and New Year's eve can be a bit gloomy and my way not to feel melancholic is also to dress up in a way that makes me feel energetic. As most of you, I have a few good new year's resolutions on my mind. Dressing up always in a plain or simple way isn't in my list, for sure !.

Ho optato per gli stivali in camoscio e borchie Cesare Paciotti per questo outfit rock. Ci sono delle borchiette anche sul cappello, il primo look del 2014 non poteva essere troppo semplice o monotono, ahahah ! I giorni immediatamente dopo il Natale e il Capodanno possono essere un po' tristi e per non abbandonarmi alla malinconia sono solita vestirmi in modo più particolare e grintoso. Come molti di voi, ho un bel po' di buoni propositi per il 2014 in mente. Vestirmi sempre in modo ordinario o semplice non è nella mia lista, però !.
